First Class Shipping:

International Orders(Everywhere Else)

First Class International Shipping

  • 4-8 Business day handling period.
  • Average of 10-18 business day shipping period.
  • Shipped with tracking number.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 70 business days of the date of original purchase, please contact us at [email protected] for a full refund of your purchase (with the exception of customers in Germany and Canada, which can take longer due to stricter import customs).

Please note, however, the economy shipping may take 1 – 2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues.

Taxes and Duties

Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. NeatHut Store is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.

To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.

However, please note that peak sale periods, technical glitches, extreme weather conditions or any force majeure events may cause some delays in the shipment and delivery of your orders. In such cases, we will try our very best to keep such inconveniences to a minimum.

Shipping FAQs

Will I receive a tracking number?

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time to source for quality yet affordable products. While we are unable to provide tracking for your products, our company insured fully on the packages and any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.

What courier will be used for the delivery?

The courier service actually depends on our fulfilment center. This is because our product is sourced from different countries to ensure that you get the best price for it. Courier services vary from country to country. Without a strong business establishment with the courier service we are unable to obtain cheaper rates thus in terms of speed we would lose to global marketplaces such as Amazon and so forth.

However, we would still ensure that you receive your package and provide insurance on your package in case of missing and lost package

I ordered more than 1 item, and I have only received one item, why is that?

We do our best to reduce the cost on your end so that you don’t have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

Do I have to pay any tariffs or custom tax on the products?

Prices revealed on your respective receipt might be different from what you ordered but please do not worry! Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to mark as extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.

I placed an order but I didn’t receive a confirmation email … What’s going on?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email us at [email protected]

What if I am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

I want to change my order / address, can I?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We usually process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at [email protected] ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. Please note that it is your responsibility to use the correct address.  We do not offer refunds for incorrect address on the customer side.
